The Governance Circle provides leadership, accountability and oversight as the Indigenous Cultural Centre moves through its next stages of development. Its role includes guiding major decisions, monitoring progress and risks, supporting responsible use of resources and ensuring the work remains connected to the Centre’s long-term purpose.
Working Collaborative Circle
The Working Collaborative Circle is an open and participatory space where community members can help shape and advance the work of the Indigenous Cultural Centre. Members bring diverse knowledge and professional skills to the project.
